This responsibility inspires us to hold ourselves to the highest standards in compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a Director of Business Programs Management , reporting directly to the CVP of MBO, Mary Ellen Smith. This person will be accountable for the strategy, plan and execution of delivering rich end to end business insights and analytics in the spirit of increasing our delivery impact and Operational excellence. This role will be accountable for the following:Define strategy for Organizational goals, initiatives and projects including gathering requirements, understanding business priorities, and program risks and mitigation plans.

Advocate for and demonstrate the value of organizational initiatives and projects through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers.

Using predictive analytics and proactive insights, identify and define future-facing opportunities and develop initiatives to address monitor, synthesize and derive insights from business metrics such as scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor business performance to ensure progress aligns with organizational objectives and ensures processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.

Guide the community driving day-to-day running of the business on behalf of MBO, including driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning, and executing department agendas, driving budget planning process and ongoing review.

Maximize business relationships with key partners, while conducting external engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the organization.

Monitor the organizational and community health and drive the health and culture of the organization. Ensures continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution and/or leader alignment.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

OR equivalent experience.

6+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.

5 years minimum experience leading and influencing high performing cross-functional teams inclusive of multiple stakeholders, initiatives, and accountabilities

5 years or more proven industry-leading experience in delivering high impact service improvement initiatives for global complex customer support organizations

Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, process improvement

OR Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10+ years program management experience, process management, process improvement

OR equivalent experience.

8+ years people management experience.
