Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships and make connections, provide insight into how Global Security protects the data entrusted to us, and to hear any concerns while establishing credibility.
- Communicate with customers ensuring secure operation of UKG products and services.
- Proactively run security reports to communicate across all levels of UKG to help in the recognition of any potential security opportunities, risks or issues.
- Initial routing and point of contact for uncategorized security communication managing the email group.
- Manage the Global Security online web portal ensuring content is consistently updated in real time.
- Ensure that our security awareness program communicates our Global Security recommendations, policies and requirements so UKG employees, partners, and customers know, understand and can follow them.
- Identify the top security risks to our organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks.
- Develop and maintain a security awareness program that effectively changes these behaviors so our employees act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to our organization.
- Create a positive program that engages employees, to include focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work. Ultimately we want our employees to demonstrate the same secure behaviors regardless of where they are or the devices they are using.
- Structure and maintain the security awareness program to be long term, so ultimately we are not changing just behaviors but culture.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - 3+ Years of security experience in a related field
- Able to respond to information requests in a reasonable amount of time.
Physical Requirements: - Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
