UKG is looking for a dedicated and driven Delivery Assurance Manager who will be accountable for ensuring the successful planning and execution of product development and product launch within the HCM domain, specifically on the Recruiting and Onboarding products. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to organize, both self and others
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate drive results and problem solve
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented environment
  • Understanding of software development life cycle model
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Experience leading new products, services or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and improved.

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in program or project management
  • Agile and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with agile software development
  • Action oriented, able to identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and can think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to interpret data to track program success
