Corporate Paralegal

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal in Gainesville, Georgia. This role is primarily focused on supporting our legal team through various tasks such as drafting contracts, managing agreements, conducting regulatory research, and ensuring licensing compliance. The job is based 100% on-site.Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage basic contracts and agreements Conduct comprehensive regulatory research relevant to our industry Ensure licensing compliance by obtaining necessary licenses Generate detailed reports as required by the legal team Maintain a meticulous approach to work, paying strong attention to detail Display exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Assist in other duties as assigned by the VP of Legal Provide support to the legal department based on their needs.Requirements Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar legal role. Strong knowledge in drafting contracts and managing them effectively. Proficiency in licensing compliance and ensuring all legal guidelines are met. Ability to conduct extensive regulatory research and provide accurate insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using legal research software. Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies or a related field.
