An award-winning healthcare organization located in North Florida is seeking a Nurse Manager Critical Care to join its team!
This 415-bed healthcare organization offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has received several awards for its patient safety excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, the Nurse Manager Critical Care will provide direct oversight of all operations for the assigned department. The Nurse Manager Critical Care will provide progressive leadership and act as a mentor for all staff. The Nurse Critical Care will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure all patient care needs are met. The Nurse Manager Critical Care is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Experience working in healthcare management
- Current RN licenseor ability to obtain licenseupon hire
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
