Seeking ALF Facility Manager in Sugarfoot - Gainesville

We are looking to open our beautiful, secluded and spacious Assisted Living (6 tenant) Facility in Gainesville in July, 2026 and are seeking a licensed ALF Management person/team to run the facility (live in or out). We offer profit sharing and an opportunity to grow with us after a year or two of running a successful operation. We own multiple properties in the area and intend to continue building/developing them for the same purpose in the future.
