You will be required to make it to work on time Monday through Friday and weekends If neccessary to meet a deadline.
The work will be mostly residential new construction, framing houses in levy Gilchrist Dixie counties.
If you can not make it to work everyday on time and put in an honest days effort,dont call me.
If you are going to need a ride to and from work, don't call me.
If you're going to get paid on Friday and need to borrow 50on Monday, dont call me.
I need skilled carpenters/labours/apprentices that know residential construction
If you helped your uncle build a shed once, you're not a carpenter,don't call me saying you are, we will know on the first day that you're full of shit, dont be that guy.
I will not pick you up or drop you off. I will not pay you early, you will get paid on Friday after work like everyone else.
Do not lie about your experience, if you are new to framing then say that.I need hard working and honest MEN that aren't afraid to sweat.

Pay will be determined by your experience. I am not afraid to pay good money for good help.
