Rapidly growing Biotech company located in Alachua, FL has immediate opening for 4 Laboratory Accessioners.
Job duties include:
- Properly receive incoming samples according to company procedures
- Send results via fax in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Generate reports, compiling results, data entry, filing
- Locate and correct data entry errors
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Desired experience includes 2 or more years of:
- Medical data entry or
- Laboratory technician or
- Medical/insurance call center or
- Medical back office
We are looking to fill positions on two shifts:
- 11AM-8PM Tuesday-Saturday and
- 3PM-Midnight Tuesday-Saturday
Positions start at $14.00/hr with pay increase after permanent hire up to $16.00 - $18.00/hr along with comprehensive benefits.
