Ledgent Technology is seeking a

Curriculum / Content Writer to write, create and develop training curriculum content.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity located on-site in the Hallandale Beach, Florida area.

Monday - Friday // 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

The Curriculum / Content Writer will be responsible for editing new and existing content for grammar, punctuation, clarity of brand and overall presentation. You will use your expertise and creativity to produce content. Examples of the types of projects you will work on include workbooks, slide presentations, eBooks, PDFs, pamphlets, study materials, notes and exercises pulled from existing works.

What you should bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Curriculum Development or related preferred
  • Excellent written skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to edit/develop educational and content training curriculum.
  • 3+ years of experience using content and publishing software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • 3+ years of experience creating web-based instructional and supplemental materials.
  • Knowledge of publishing software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Proficiency with image editing software, HTML editor
  • Ability to apply principles of Universal Design for learning and comply with the requirements of the ADA.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator software a plus
  • Experience with Mac operating systems a plus
  • Experience managing extensive library of existing and newly created training content
