Fully-Remote position where you ll be the liaison between the business and the technical team, evolving the platform and supporting the development of complex marketing campaigns. Responsibilities- Leverage technical expertise to maintain data integrations and Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment
- Analyze Business Requirements, determine solutions and define roadmaps
- Train and mentor Marketing Cloud users in creation of data-driven campaigns, complex journeys and message templates
- Design solutions in coordination with Marketing and IT teams to enhance functionality
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 5+ years' experience designing Marketing Solutions
- Experience gathering requirements, communicating between IT and various business environments
- Retail industry experience preferred!
