job detailsRapidly expanding company is looking for an assistant operations manager to work hand in hand with existing Operations Director in all daily activites and the ability to take over manage all operational duties as needed. We are growing incredibly fast tripled our production and warehouse space in August 2022. Our highest value is taking care of our employees. Responsible for the life cycle of inventory through the warehouse and daily operations including Receiving, Inventory Control, RMA, Quality Control, and Shipping.

Receiving. Ensure all product on each PO is received into Dynamics, and placed in inventory

Inventory Control. Oversee the security of all inventories. Maintain controls over how product is timely received, labeled, moved, and stored to reflect accurate inventory count and location by experation date

Quality Control. Ensure that final repaired or refurbished product meets stated customer specifications

Shipping. Prioritize and manage the picking/packing process to ensure all open orders ship according to statedtime standard.

Safety. Maintain appropriate employee training, racking structure, workstations, and equipment

Certifications. Create, review, maintain or update procedure documentation to ensure compliance

Security. Continually update security procedures and security system
