Front Counter Clerk

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Front Counter Clerk for our operations in Hollywood, Florida, 33021, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The individual will be tasked with handling front desk operations, dealing with customer queries, managing cash transactions, and maintaining organized records.Responsibilities: Efficiently process and apply fees for walk-in and phone customers Maintain high level of professionalism in all interactions Handle cash transactions, including high dollar amount court fees, with accuracy Ensure meticulous filing to prevent any misplacement of documents Use accounting software systems to perform computerized billing and other accounting functions Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service Manage court filings, ensuring all papers are filed correctly to avoid any legal missteps.
