Modis is hiring a DevOps Engineer, on a 12-month contract with the possibility to roll full time. This position's primary responsibility will be to Support the development team through the CI/CD platform, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. A brief synopsis of the role's responsibilities is listed below:
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on cloud technologies. Responsible for managing self-hosted GitLab including administration as well as patches/upgrades, Terraform, AWS and Azure. Support our automation pipelines, setting up new ones when needed and troubleshooting issues during sprint cycles. This role also supports Terraform IAC pipelines and ensure the environments are set up correctly in AWS and Azure. Highly desired skills: Linux experience with the ability to administer and patch. Crush FTP server experience with the ability to administer and patch as necessary Okta administration experience Development experience (.Net, C#, Java, XSLT) Kubernetes Jenkins Modis takes great pride in finding an excellent match between our clients and candidates.
