Line of Business Job Description: The Reporting, Analytics and Monitoring team within Document Servicing Operations is hiring a motivated and experienced analyst to work on our Email Campaign List Production team. This analyst will be responsible for the following:Generate an accurate list of customers eligible to receive servicing emails based on the business requirements of each campaign and applying relevant exclusions to the population according the characteristics of the campaign.Proactively andpersistently work with subject matter experts across the Enterprise to source data specific to each campaign when it is not data already on hand. This analyst will need to independently achieve data sourcing solutions within the timeframes of the campaign in order to meet SLAs.Collaborate with the broader list team in leveraging our SAS and Teradata list production infrastructure, discussing and getting consensus on proposed changes, and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for audit purposes.Work directly with campaign planners to produce test and production files. Propose recommendations on how to accurately define target populations, ask questions as needed to fully understand the campaign requirements, etc.Write a range of easy to complex SQL scripts needed to produce the campaign lists. Job Posting Description: Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience. Required Skills:- 3 of more years of SQL coding experience is required
- Previous experience writing easy to complex SQL scripts is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high demand environment
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines when needed
- Able to identify risks and mitigation
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business is preferred
- Familiarity with various data platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle SQL, Teradata, and Hadoop
