Job Description:The Citi Wealth Coach services, acquires, and fulfills for clients and prospects who engage our digital platform or who engage with branch personnel and express an interest in a self-directed investment relationship. Citi Wealth Coaches are trained problem solvers who proactively identify client needs and help deliver complex client solutions. The role seeks a performance driven, fully licensed candidate with experience taking ownership to deliver a world class client experience.Responsibilities:
Engage clients and prospects via inbound and outbound calls
Confidently articulate the value proposition for Citi Personal Wealth Management and digital programs available
Provide exceptional support and issue resolution for digital clients, assuming end-to-end ownership for client needs
Assist clients as needed with investment related tasks, including:
Account modifications
Options applications/agreements, if applicable
Guidance on utilizing online resources
Resolving client issues escalated by Operations and Account Opening teams
Qualify banking referrals and marketing enrollments for digital accounts
Assist with onboarding and account opening for new clients
Introduce clients to segment partners where appropriate (including, but not limited to: Citigold Advisors, Citi Priority Advisors, Relationship Managers, and Banking partners)
Proactively contact digital clients to discuss platform and navigational questions
Accurately track client interactions, update records of open client issues and monitor progress
Build rapport with internal and external partners, utilizing Salesforce regularly for communication of issues/tasks/opportunities requiring attention
Comply with all applicable banking and investment laws, regulations, company polices, and procedures
Provide timely feedback to senior management to identify client pain points and barriers to exceptional service, present suggestions for process improvement
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Experience and knowledge of investment and banking products, as well as superior networking and people skills
Takes ownership of effort, performance, and making a positive team impact
Exceptional ability to apply critical thinking skills to satisfy client servicing and fulfillment needs
Insurance license preferred
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent 63 + 65) Licenses required
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
