Job Description:
Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope. Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction. May approve bid packages from outside vendors and contractors. Has direct management responsibility for a small project team. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.Job DescriptionManages medium-large projects, product line or function. - Experince with Composition Product (HP/OpenText Exstream, Messagepoint, GMC and/or CompuSet)
- Will have direct reports and lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
- Experience in independently leading the refinement of template requirements, managing the template development life cycle to production implementation.
- Work on cross-channel opportunities for campaigns and other projects
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify, resolve or escalate issues in order to ensure that program timelines are met
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
- Experience and knowledge of DFS functionality and PFSS application
- Experience with DCRS functionaltiy, strategy and resources to troubleshoot production and application issues
- Previous Developer experince
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Project and relationship management experience
- Work well independently and in large group settings and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
- May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate challenges and successes clearly and foster positive working relationships
