Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Data Analyst/Data Entry Analyst. This position is a contract position with the opportunity of extensions.
Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders
Generation of template files and downloading and pre-processing of multiple datasets in Excel.
Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly.
Analysis and manipulation of multiple data sources utilizing Excel; will require use of VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, and advanced filtering and sorting techniques.
Other responsibilities may be assigned with time.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Proficient touch typing skills.
