DIU Supervisor with one of our clients located in Jacksonville, FL. Our client specializes in fraud prevention and is seeking candidates who can interview and start immediately!Starting pay: Negotiable!Location: Jacksonville, FL - Onsite Hours: 8am-5pm, M-FStatus: Temp-to-permOur client is searching for the right fit! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provides supervision and direction to desktop investigators
- Ensures effective production and performance management
- Manages challenging workload with high degree of customer focus
- Audits investigator files to ensure proper handling and SLA adherence
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- MUST be licensed as a Private Investigator
- 2+ years of investigative experience related to services offered by DIU
- Previous management or assistant management experience
