We are looking for
Global Demand Planning Manager for our client in Jacksonville, FL Job Title: Global Demand Planning Manager Job Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Type: Contract Job Description: Requirement:- ERP and/or Planning Systems (SAP, JDE, JDA, OMP) experience is required.
- Advanced Planning Systems experience (APS/APO/JDA/OMP) required.
- Experience in 3 out of the 5 core areas of Planning is required- Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP.
- Relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector / cross-industry experience is preferred.
- APICS certification is preferred.
- LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certifications is preferred.
- Project management and/or PMP certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of the E2ESupply Chain flow & interdependencies across functions required.
- Innovation/creativity is critical since this individual needs to provide alternate solutions to capacity constraints within the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision (JJSV) network.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complex things clear.
- Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision.
- Experience of working in an S&OP environment.
- A minimum of 7 years of related Supply Chain related experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of people management/supervisory experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of Supply Chain Planning experience is required.
