- Title: Help Desk Technician
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Duration: 6 months+ contract-to-hire
- 1-4 years of experience as a Tech Support Representative
- Must be able to troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange issues as well as other system issues.
- Able to resolve 20/30 tickets per day
- Able to work independently as the only Help Desk Technician in office
- Must be on-site 5 days a week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
