Our client is seeking a

Help Desk Technician to join their team. This will be a

6-month contract-to-hire opportunity that has the

potential to convert into a full-time opportunity dependent on performance. Our

client is nationally recognized with an excellent reputation.

Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 6 months+ contract-to-hire

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience as a Tech Support Representative
Must be able to troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange issues as well as other system issues.
Able to resolve 20/30 tickets per day
Able to work independently as the only Help Desk Technician in office
Must be on-site 5 days a week
Must have reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills
