The HR Partner plays a critical role in supporting and aligning the business objectives of the organization. This position leads major human resources projects, advises on HR policies and procedures, and guides the development of HR processes and procedures for two sites. In addition, this role consults with leadership to assess the organization's HR needs and drives Talent Management initiatives. This role is based out of Jacksonville, FL. Primary Responsibilities:Provide a broad range of HR support to achieve business objectives, including talent management, salary planning, organization development (change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning, organizational design), and employee engagement.

Partner, advise, and counsel employees and site leaders to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness.

Counsel employees and leaders on performance management, career planning, development, and other topics.

Drive the One Collins Culture and support the site through culture activation.

Consult with clients to understand training and development needs and advise accordingly.

Maintains a network of contacts with the COEs: Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Labor and Employee Relations to address specialized HR questions.

Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community.

Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

Provides direction for HR support in areas related to HR plan and policy management.

Work closely with local Employee Relations Partner, supporting employee relations issues as needed

Interprets and advises on human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employment laws, standards, or regulations to are followed and applied accordingly.

Addresses basic to moderately complex HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees in all areas of the organization.

Daily work may be a blend of tactical vs. strategic work in support of the business.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience. In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is Required

Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%.

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated track record of success

experience coaching leaders on HR issues

experience with conflict resolution in the work environment and mediating between parties

Experience with global and/or matrixed organizations

Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
