- At least 5-6 years working experience in the role of network administration / network operations.
- Engineering or diploma with CCNA & CCNP certified.
- Strong working knowledge on Cisco networking routing and switching products.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, Multicast etc.
- Familiar with LAN, trunking protocols, HSRP etc
- Familiar with Cisco ACI (hardware/software), Nexus Insights
- Familiar with DNS and DHCP services
- Familiar with Google Cloud
- Familiar with Cisco Wireless and Prime
- Good knowledge of firewall operations.
- Need to perform 12 hours shifts and on-call escalation
- Act as technical lead during shift hours managing 2 to 3 Level 1 Network Engineers.
- Act as a single point of contact for technical escalation during shift hours.
- Do shift handover with remote & on-site team.
- Proficient in resolving, troubleshooting & leading networks related issues.
- LAN/WAN/MAN, architecture and troubleshooting.
- Have full understanding of operational knowledge for troubleshooting of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, etc.
- Have basic understanding of sniffers and how to use the sniffer for troubleshooting purposes.
