- ERP related change management, project management, integration, and overseeing design, development, testing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
- Expand the company s use of data and reporting.
- support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Develop ERP related goals, and provide recommendations regarding technical solutions.
- Design/review of new applications and integration strategies for EDI systems
- Liaise with vendors.
- Resolve D365 software issues, as well as supplier EDI issues.
- Support and train the end users.
- 2+ years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Experience supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O module.
- Familiarity with Power BI, and Azure.
- Ability to plan and lead initiatives, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
