Job Title: QC Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a QC Lab Technician, you will complete all tests required for each product, document results, analyze data, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies. You will also operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, communicate with production personnel and Quality managers, and conduct retesting of products as needed to support quality investigations. Your role will involve monitoring the use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies, making recommendations for process adjustments to ensure quality standards are met, and maintaining good housekeeping to ensure laboratory and plant cleanliness.Responsibilities
Complete all tests required for each product.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a QC laboratory on a QC team of 5. The work schedule involves rotating monthly shifts, with 1 month on overnight shifts followed by the next month on day shifts. You will work 2-3 12-hour shifts per week. The day shift has 2 QC technicians, while the night shift has 1 QC technician on staff. Your role will require conducting chemical testing in the laboratory for in-process and finished chemical products, including viscosity and chromatography testing.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00IFF Benefits include Tuition Reimbursement, Dental Insurance, and Unique Office Space, along with 11 other unique benefits in categories such as Paid Time Off and Financial Benefits.
