Job DescriptionSNI Technology is currently recruiting for an entry level Help Desk Technician opportunity for a great health care client here in Jacksonville, FL!
This position will be a 12 month contract role targeting around $13/hr.-$14/hr. It will require 4-6 weeks of onsite training and then you are elgible to work fully remote.Help Desk Requirements and Qualifications:- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
- Ability to pass a criminal background screen and drug screen
