Sales Operations Analyst

Please note that this is a 1 year contract position. Total hours in a week: 30• Qualifications:o Consumer Packaging Goods (CPG) industry preferredo High proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationso Excellent analytical skillso Strong attention to detailJob Description:• Data entry of trade promotional events, EDLPs and OI’s as identified by the sales team into the internal system. Will need to pull down the information from sales team portal and enter information for each customer into the system.• Pull down deductions from the internal system, review against business plan and clear deduction if aligned. If deductions do not match plan (unauthorized deductions or anything off-plan or inappropriate proof of performance) analyst must follow up with appropriate sales team member to gain appropriate information and approval to clear. When necessary, upload appropriate backup and clear the deductions in a timely manner.• Access Retailer portals on behalf of sales team for new item setup, POS data pulls and other ad hoc requests• Create and share shipment reports with sales teams as requested.• Analyze syndicated POS data (IRI) and develop monthly reporting.• Adhoc projects as directed by Marketing ManagerApplicants must provide their phone number.
