Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 1+ year contract in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and at least 5 years of experience leading technology roadmap projects in an Enterprise PMO Environment. In this role, you will be stepping in to lead 2 projects that are already in flight for our client's Retail and Distribution's line of business. You will be responsible for leading hybrid Waterfall/Agile projects with internal and vendor provided resources. Candidates must have their active PMP certification and an Agile Cert, ideally CSM to be considered. We're seeking a highly effective team builder with executive presence.

Required Skills:

5+ years of project management experience to include both Waterfall and Agile project experience - Must have strong experience running waterfall, Agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables, and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed

Ability to manage to a budget, includes forecasting and providing variance explanations

Highly effective team builder with executive presence

Experience with vendor management, including contract/SOW management and vendor package implementations

Experience leading technology roadmap projects - should be able participate in requirements and design session meetings

PMP and Agile Cert - CSM

Desired Skills:

Technical background in development, business analysis, and/or QA

Experience with Retail, Shipping, and/or Logistics

B.S. Degree in technical field: Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
