Randstad Technologies is looking for A Technical Lead for a remote direct hire position. The candidate will be highly skilled in .Net Core, Angular, Azure and also have great experience in Dev Ops. The ideal candidate will be on the east coast, but open to other locations. location: Jacksonville, Floridajob type: Permanentsalary: $120,000 - 130,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Work within a collaborative team environment to design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support technology solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other IT personnel to determine end-user needs
- Mentors and develops the staff's technical skills
- Introduces and designs proof of concept solutions using new, latest technologies
- Initiate and lead execution of process and technical improvements
- Present designs for technologies, and technical roadmaps to technical and business personnel
- Design, build, own, and support technology products that meet business needs and adhere to high department software standards of design, quality, security, performance, automation, and low maintenance solutions
- Assist users by analyzing complex logic and communicating to the business using non-technical language
- Produce knowledge base documentation for the ongoing support of technology solutions
- Troubleshoot operational problems and restore to normal condition. Maintain a 24/7 state of operational readiness
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Assist in deployment and support of technology
- Stay abreast of technology trends, create proof of concepts as needed, and lead adoption of new technologies as appropriate
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- .NET (7 years of experience is required)
