The Program Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Responsibilities:- Owns internal reporting and communication across key Consent Transformation workstreams
- Develop communication strategy for Consent Transformation initiatives
- Partners with Consent Transformation leads to showcase key initiatives, colleagues, and milestones to provide awareness to the broader organization
- Create executive-level communications of Consent Transformation status, risks, and opportunities
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
- Ensures change control is executed throughout program.
- Ensures appropriate program staffing levels.
- Ensures creation of program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role in Project Management
- Project Management Experience in the Financial industry desired.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
