Primary Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying and mail distribution
Coordinate and maintain records for dogs, fosters and volunteers
Coordinate dog transports
Maintain social media presence
Complete foster and adoption applicant references
Create and modify records in Quickbooks
Support the coordination of various foster and volunteer events
Required Skills:
Passion for dog rescue
Strong customer service skills with a "can do" attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good critical thinking, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to make outbound calls without hesitation
Proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks, and photo editing software.
Experience with social media - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
Familiar with office equipment - computers, scanners, copiers and fax or willingness to learn .
Pay starts at $10.00 an hour with full-time hours
