Office worker - part-time

TLC Total Lawn Care is looking for part-time help in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Duties include:

Greeting and assisting walk-in customers and ringing up sales from the nursery

Answering phones and fielding messages

Calculating and entering time from timesheets

Create proposals for recurring maintenance and enhancement projects.

Handle applicants coming in by providing documents for completion

Provide new hire packets to employees for completion

Administer and track training

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of high school or GED diploma

Proficient with following systems:

Required

 Excel

 Word

Preferred

 Bilingual

 Quickbooks
