We’re expanding our life insurance team and looking for motivated, dependable people who are open to learning a new skill. No experience is required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to be coached.
What This Role Is About:
You will work with families who have already requested information about life insurance. You’ll help them understand their options, assist with applications, and make the process simple and stress-free.
All meetings are done virtually. No door knocking. No random cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Speaking with clients and helping them choose coverage
Managing follow-ups and applications
Building relationships and long-term trust with clients
Running your own schedule and daily activity
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and people skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License
Compensation:
This is a 1099, commission-only role.
Your income is based on your performance and time invested.
