Job Description
Desktop Support AnalystSNI Technology is currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst for a great local client in Jacksonville, FL.This will be a 3-6 month contract to hire role targeting around $20/hr.Job Duties:- Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers and scanners
- Windows 7 and Windows 10 support
- Perform desk side support service
- Imaging / Re-imaging desktop and laptop machines
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Document supported system and application procedures and processes
- Keep abreast of technology changes and proactively look for opportunities to improve service
- Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
