Our local client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite. This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is 100% remote. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. The most important thing about this job is to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders; you will be serving as a key member of the team. The other main part of this role is responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Don't wait - submit an application today!How you will make an impact- Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders- Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable- Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked- Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments- Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively- Interacts with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel- Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager- Supplies detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status- Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner- Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards- Drives project planning Requirements - Ability to meet deadlines- Project Documentation experience preferred- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Cloud services- Proficiency in project management- Adeptness in Milestones- Salesforce Development Projects experience- Project Tracking experience highly desired- Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight- To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired- Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues- Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets- You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused- Excellent problem-solving skills- Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience- This position requires proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
