You could join our local client's existing team onsite as their Senior Project Manager! This long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is remote. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Apply today!Key responsibilities- Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief- Sets forth the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards- Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion- Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Steers project planning- Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials- Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager- Work in close cooperation and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers- Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable- Jointly acts with Product Owner/Product Manager to warrant that the product vision and high-level business objectives are definite and viable- Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments- Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively- Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Requirements - Capable of working independently with minimal oversight- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience - You're sure to succeed in this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - The person in this position should be flexible and focused- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Applicants with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs are preferred- Proficiency in project management- Expertise in Salesforce Development- Project Documentation experience- Project Tracking experience highly desired- Adeptness in Milestones- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience - This position requires a Project Management (PMP) certification Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
