RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install standing seam metal roofing systems that include membrane materials (e.g., TPO, EPDM, or PVC) to create a weather-resistant barrier

Measure, cut, and fit metal panels to the roof structure, ensuring a precise fit for each section

Secure seams using specialized fasteners, clips, and sealants

Apply roofing membranes (such as TPO, EPDM, or P

QUALIFICATIONS:

Be at least 18+ years of age

Have at least 2 years of paid / verifiable experience with commercial roofing Proven experience

in roofing, particularly with metal systems and membrane roofing materials

Understanding of standing seam roofing systems, membrane types (TPO, EPDM, PVC), and installation techniques

Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions, often at heights

Precision in measurements, cutting, and fitting roofing panels and membranes

Knowledge of safety practices and ability to work with safety equipment such as harnesses and scaffolding

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without reasonable accommodation

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Understand safety standards and proper use of PPE

Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week and overtime if required

Have basic “tools of the trade” and be able to bring them to work

Have reliable transportation to and from work

Willing to work 40 hours per week, minimum

Have 2 forms of ID to verify you are eligible to work in the United States

Complete and pass pre-employment screening (background check & drug screen) if required

The hourly rate for this position is $22-$28/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
