- $1.07 VAN plus FSC - AVERAGE $1.32 - $1.45 per mile (Reefer and Flatbed available but different running lanes)
- Fuel surcharge on loaded and empty miles

- Average $.37 - $.47 CPM STARTING
- $1,000 - $1,500 per week
- .01 CPM increase every 6 months
