Our client is an innovative insurance company based in Jacksonville, Florida seeking a Web Developer/Analyst to join their growing marketing team. Title: Web Developer/Analyst Location: Jacksonville, Florida Overview: This position is specific to web developing/designing and acts as a liaison between marketing, IT, and other departments as needed. Functions:
- Design, develop, test, and regularly update websites
- Consistently evaluate analytic data and stakeholder feedback
- Provide ongoing strategic insights and recommendations to drive site improvement, increase conversion, and enhance the user experience
- Build applications using internet and Windows development tools
- Manage third-party application implementation
- Develop and document procedures
- Remain up to date on technologies and best practices
- Liaise with Marketing, IT, and other departments as needed
- BA, BS, BFA degree in Web Development or related field
- Proficient in coding/programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML and PHP
- Experience using testing and debugging tools (Selenium, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple complex work assignments
- Collaborative approach
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- UX design experience a plus
