Hardware Break Fix
Routine Move add changes (printers/workstations)
Basic desktop troubleshooting
ITAM
Install basic applications on desktop following desktop instructions

Outage Support

Outage machine prep and rollout
Fill in or assist daily Service Now tickets during an outage shift
Install temp phones

Assist in Life cycling Window 10 desktop/laptops

ITAM process
Software moves add changes
Document Exempt devices (justification)

Server maintenance

Basic Windows server support
Perform scheduled server patching / reboots
Replace failed hard drives

Basic network support

Cisco iOS knowledge
Program / configure new Cisco network switches

Administration & Partnership

Assessing existing process and procedures and bring best practices to ensure pre-defined SOPs and runbooks
Agree and provide operational metrics periodically
Comply with security process and procedures

Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
