RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:This position will support the HR-IT team to develop data driven solutions to provide insights to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems. You will perform lifecycle analysis and leverage quality improvement methodologies on current business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunity for process improvements.Duties Include: Business Analyst will perform lifecycle analysis and leverage quality improvement methodologies on current business processes Conduct root cause analysis and business process mapping exercises to understand data consumption and functionality (Kaizen; DMAIC) Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration for tiered support activities As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the application testing process directly and in support of end users Support existing self-service reports and complete ad-hoc report requests as needed Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support and improve the overall team operationsREQUIREMENTS: Skilled writing user stories and documenting SOPs Experience creating reports and dashboards that provide analytics, visualizations, and business insights to drive results (Power BI) Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM and SDLC environment Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint Atlassian applications JIRA and Confluence Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow and SAP Strong technical expertise with Python, PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript Possesses an inquisitive mind and a positive -can-do- attitude Strong communication and probing skills to effectively interpret explanations and asks from the Business, IT, and external stakeholders Comfortable working both alone and in a collaborative environment Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlinesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
