Role: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Juno Beach, FL ( Day-1 Onsite ) 6+ Months Contract Job Description:
- A minimum of 4 years related experience in a Help Desk support position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set proper task priorities and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while meeting all deliverables on-time or before they are due
- Ability to organize and maintain physical organization of IT space
- Experience in a professional business environment preferred
- On-call rotation expected
- OT may be required to meet customer needs and project efforts
- May provide onsite training to support projects and initiatives
