We re in the market for a Field Network Deployment Engineer who will move between multiple client campuses as needed. to provide service in Miami, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and other counties. Overview:
- This is both an Operational and Engineering role with Configuration, Implementation, and Deployment requirements
- All Cisco Shop with Cisco C9300 SD Access - Switches / Routers
- Position will travel extensively which requires a DMV background check to be completed
- Cisco C3650 / C9300 Configuration, Implementation, and Deployment - intimate familiarity with Cisco command line & utilities, i.e. Putty, TereTerm, WinMerge, SSH, TFTP protocols, & Microsoft applications
- 3 to 5 years of networking, computing, integration, support, and maintenance
- Experience with hands-on Telecom / IT network hardware lifecycle deployment
- Must be able to pass background checks to work at Power and Nuclear Plants
- Ability to lift / maneuver heavy objects
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of supported computers, routers, switches, network operating systems
- Enterprise-level supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Programs
- Working knowledge of Cisco Prime Infrastructure Program
- Exceptional communication capabilities needed
- WAN / LAN routing and switching protocols and safeguards to include Ethernet, Wireless, VPN
- Seasoned experience with SMTP routing and filtering technologies
- Critical thinking and adaptation skills in complex situations that drive decision making processes producing successful outcomes
- Self-starter with minimal direction
- Experience with ServiceNow Application a plus
