RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a ITSM BA/PM in Juno Beach, Florida (FL).
Responsibilities include: User interface to ServiceNow Expand/develop the ServiceNow catalog to meet user needs ITSM BA/PM will build catalog forms to expand user experience Configure ServiceNow to capture proper attributes to fulfil business processes Help define and implement policy, process, and procedures ITSM BA/PM will define and implement workflow and automationREQUIREMENTS: Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Request.
