This contract is a 12-month contract with possible extension. The candidate should be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility for emergencies and meetings.Responsibilities:
- Support all locations in Florida via the phone and remote access
- Provide Tier II & III support for client via onsite and remotely
- Support configuration and installations
- Support user connection issues
- Enterprise environment experience as desktop / remote support
- 5+ years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing MS Windows issues
- Expert in troubleshooting MS Windows issues
- Provide knowledge documentation when needed
- Ability to use Service Now - accept, update, close tickets and know when to elevate
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Certifications are a plus
- Excellent customer / end-user support skills
