Day Shift, Monday-Friday This position requires a high degree of customer focus and contact that ultimately generates high customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for identifying new issues and trends, determining the root cause of the issue, and quickly resolving them.12 Month ContractRequirements:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Windows 10 and Office 365
- Experienced in migrations, deployments, upgrades, and refreshes.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Workstation and laptop hardware components experience
- Capable of utilizing diagnostic tools to troubleshoot computer / network issues
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and configuration
- Experience working both independently and team collaborative environment is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with end-users via remote access and deskside.
- Ability to work in an enterprise environment
- Ability to pass stringent background check and drug screen
- Ability to work on site daily. This will not be a remote position
