Job Title : Salesforce Lead Location : Juno Beach ,FL Duration : 6+ Months Contract Job Description :
- Looking for a senior resource Lead/Architect role U4 band at onsite (Florida, USA)
- Mentor the team members in coding, provide best practices
- Configures Salesforce.com custom fields, page layouts, email templates, etc.
- Complete regular internal system audits, monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality, communicate the impact of changes, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in technical discussions with Client IT team and Salesforce SPOC at client side
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Handle all aspects of Salesforce.com User Administration including access management, permission sets, role assignments, data uploads, data backups, etc.
- Support and drive projects, including documentation of solution and technical design
- Provide first-level support to the field, including issue identification, and resolution/escalation.
- Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our FSL and Vlocity SF instance including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.
- Respond to team members' requests related to delivered functionality behavior, how-to questions, and feature activation/tuning.
