- Overall ownership of assigned account, representing all Hybrid Compute, Unix, Wintel Backup, Storage services and other deliverables
- Provide operational guidance and strategic direction for the delivery teams
- Act as the escalation point for customer and service-related issues
- Resolve complex problems independently or through the management of others
- Ensure Operational Process Document for each of the service areas.
- Identify the risk and prepare plan for mitigation
- Analyze trends in operational metrics, evaluate progressive performance standards and seek improve processes where needed
- Focal Point for Delivery Partner Executive on interlock, account issues, deliverables, SLAs, etc.
- Review Monthly Operational Reports with Delivery Partner Executive for Compute, Backup & Storage
- Represent Account at customer meetings as required
- Ensure account procedures are well documented and maintained
- Translate organizational strategic plans into tactical plans in consultation with Service Delivery Leads
- Assist in implementation of tactical plans by Service Delivery Leads and identify and eliminate obstacles in execution
- Review results of tactical plan implementation, process changes to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Participate as Hybrid Compute, Backup, & Storage lead in cross competency meetings
- Vendor liaison and keeping track of licenses in respective service area
- Investigate and resolve conflict of interest in service delivery
- Ensure vacation and holiday coverage of staff supporting account
- Track and report service level agreements (SLAs) and monitors progress toward key service delivery performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Drive technology refresh and upgrades
