We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced Daytime Bartender to join our team at a casual dining restaurant in Islamorada. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide excellent customer service to our guests
Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Adhere to all local health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Must live in a reasonable distance from Islamorada
Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Must be of legal drinking age
Availability for daytime shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, Hours 10a to 3p
Compensation
$9.98/hour + tips
