We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent at The Laureate Key West.
This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly manner and follow check in/out procedures
Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts
Follow set polices regarding cash handling
Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner
Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests
Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication in a discreet fashion
Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations
Other duties as required
The shifts for this position are Friday and Saturday 7am-3pm and Sunday, Monday 3pm-11pm
