We are seeking a full-time Front Desk/Concierge at Sunset Key Cottages.
A Concierge is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, informing guests of hotel's facilities at time of registration.
Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests and pro-actively resolve in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and hotel.
Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and be able to give proper directions to these areas.
Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, transferring of calls, and taking accurate messages for guests.
Manage guest experience by informing guests of various activities and dining around the area. Booking any activity or reservations as requested by guest.
Qualifications
Must have hotel experience
Must be able to speak, read, write English
Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills needed.
Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions.
Knowledge of OPERA and related computer programs
